The FR series consists of two to five die machines that are capable of thread rolling by integrating a rotary die in the final stage of the forging process.
Set screws, plugs, studs, etc. are produced without using any intermediate stock.
A model equipped with the ability to XY transfer has been developed. A blank can be turned inside of the die 90 degrees vertically to form from the side surface of the blank.
