The precision parts forged by the former are conveyed out of the machine from the side of the former by an
SP conveyor that prevents damage, then are conveyed to the front or back of the former and will be packed in boxes after cleaning. At that time there was an issue with parts with a long axis not having enough cleaning time when passing through the cleaning device since they were conveyed axially. (Fig.1)
The curved wave conveyor turns the parts 90 degrees while conveying them. (Fig.2)
This way, the parts can be cleaned more thoroughly in the cleaning device.
