Bonde Brush Case HT
Bonderizing is a pretreatment process of putting a lubricating film on the surface of the material, which has an important function of reducing the friction that occurs between the material and the mold during forging and preventing seizing. On the other hand, this can cause oil contamination and floor stains if this scatters as powder.
Oil is an important element, “Blood of Formers.” Mixing bonde powder in the oil will lead to deterioration. If this goes inside of machine or the piping, it will weaken the lubricating function. You want to avoid mixing bonde powder as much as possible.
Bonde Brush Case HT is a simple combination of brush and box that collects excess bonde powder from the material surface before it goes inside of machine.

Case Study of BPF-650SS
Meaning about 26g/ton of bonde powder was removed before mixed in oil.
  • If lime is used as a lubricant, it is also effective in collecting lime powder.
  • Brushes and protective resins are available every 5mm depending on the diameter of the material.
