APT Chuck
After the transfer moves upward, it swings 90° and turns toward the operator side.
Since the entire chuck has the ability to turn, the operator can safely change chuck fingers or make adjustments to the center of the machine without having to enter it.
With improvements in the work place and the elimination of lower back issues, quicker chuck adjustments can be made.
While holding blanks, the chuck moves upward and turns. The operator can stop the chuck at a position that allows for quick visual inspections for scratches, burn marks, galling, spurs, and rough surfaces. In addition, the condition of the chuck grip can be checked, and the TIR adjustment can be carried out accurately.
